1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Breeze Africa Tours .
“Client” refers to any person booking a tour.
“Services” refer to tours, safaris, transfers, and related travel services.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon written confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in USD.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
4. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend itineraries due to operational or safety requirements.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Hold valid passports
- Obtain necessary visas
- Carry required travel documentation
- Follow safety instructions
6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains the responsibility of the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Breeze Africa Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers.
We are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of property
- Delays
- Acts of third parties
- Government actions
⚖ FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
8. Force Majeure
Breeze Africa Tours shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods, droughts, or extreme weather
- Political instability
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Airline cancellations
- Border closures
- Civil unrest
- Acts of terrorism
- Labor strikes
In such cases:
- The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries.
- Refunds will be subject to third-party supplier policies.
- No compensation shall be payable for circumstances beyond our control.
